The plasma-maser interactions are discussed and possible applications to astrophysical plasmas are presented. The total energy conservation relation between particles, kinetic energy, and wave energy is studied. The Manley-Rowe relation among plasma waves is violated, and as a result an efficient energy up conversion from the low frequency mode to the high frequency mode is possible even for a normal unreversed electrons population in plasma turbulence. The plasma-maser process always coexists with the quasilinear interaction and is important in interpreting observations in astrophysical plasmas.
