The data environment of the Great Observatory requires many multi-disciplinary data processing services to be fully functional. As these services proliferate, finding, accessing and combining services becomes a tremendous challenge. We outline our plans to fufill a recently funded effort to create such an environment. Specifically, we show how we would house services, how such a multi-disciplinary system would operate, how it would interact with existing Virtual Observatories, and how we would use existing tools in the community to access the system. Moreover, we provide a specific example by briefly outlining the current state of the Virtual Heliospheric Observatory and describing how we intend to connect it with our Grid enabled services.
