An attempt is made to explain the enrichment of the isotopic composition of solar cosmic rays by a mechanism of the preheating of ions by potential ion-cyclotron waves. It is shown that such an explanation is possible if some additional suppositions are made concerning the structure of the acceleration region in the sun and the character of the heating of this region.
