We plan to install the polarimetric optics in the AGU (acqusition and guiding unit) of the 1.8 m telescope of the BOAO (Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory). With this device, the high-resolution (R=45000; 60000 ) spectropolarimetric observations in the 4000 - 8000 wavelength range will be avaliable with the BOES (BOao Echelle Spectrograph). If we use the precision radial velocity measurement capability of the BOES, the accuracy of the magnetic field intensity measurements will be increased in the polarimetric observations. We present the design concept of the polarimeter. Some details on the optics, mechanical parts, fiber parts and the lab test procedures are explained.
