Earthward fast plasma flow in the near-Earth plasma sheet is studied using three dimensional magnetohydro dynamics (MHD) simulations on the basis of spontaneous fast reconnection model. The cross tail component of fast flow is particularly studied in this study. Large enhancements of them in the BBF events are frequently observed by in-situ satellites. Their time variations, however, are different in each observation, and these are classified into some groups according to the characteristics. Some of them have large bipole type variation. On the other hand, some of them have single enhancement. These differences are usually interpleted as the simple observation position of satellite, but that is not strictly true. The sheared magnetic field component plays an important role in these differences. This component produces the asymmetry of pressure gradient in the dawn-dusk direction. This asymmetry causes the above differeces of the time variations of the cross tail flow component.
