The problem of formation of a hard radiation spectrum via comptonization of free-free radiation is considered. The analytical solution of Kompaneets' equation for the isothermal case is presented. The asymptotics of the solution and the solution dependence from the medium parameters (the electron temperature, density, the geometrical size of medium) are studied. The deviation from isothermal temperature distribution is discussed in the appendix. The estimation of the spectral temperature for hard radiation spectrum of Cyg X-1 is also given.
