We present a result of numerical experiments studying the possibility that gravitational disk-shocking is the principal cause of observed elliptic figures of the Galactic globular clusters. In contrast to our previous work, we treat cases that the globular clusters are confined to a region near the Galactic plane (Z <= 1 kpc). Although the globulars are always in a compressive tidal force field and experience disk passing many times, the projected images of our model clusters did not become as flattened as those of the real clusters. This result is complementary to our previous result and we conclude that the disk-shocking is not the principal cause of the elliptic figures of real globulars.
