Galileo probe provided much information about the composition of the Jovian atmosphere and clouds from 0.5 to about 20 bar. This includes the (4) He/H_2, (3) He/(4) He and HD/H_2 ratios and the noble gas atomic and isotopic mixing ratios. He and Ne are depleted, and the noble gases fractionated. Other volatiles, except CH_4, are much more abundant near the 20 bar level than at higher altitudes. In general they imply atmospheric elemental atomic abundances several times solar. The implications of these findings will be explored.
