For the formation of large-scale structure by open cosmic strings, we have performed a numerical simulation of the evolution of three wakes which cross each other orthogonally in a flat universe dominated by cold dark matter. The results of the simulation presented in cone diagrams are compared with the CfA observations. They show good agreement with each other; three filaments are crossing in the observed angles, each filament shows some velocity discontinuity at the center, and a wall-like distribution of galaxies appears in the cone diagram of a series of different sliced angles. The resemblance between the observed and simulated distributions will be improved by considering more complex situations, such as the different surface densities of bright galaxies in different wakes, the crossing angles among them different from 90 deg, and the curvature of the wakes themselves. The probability to obtain such a configuration is also discussed.
