The author wishes to point out that the 'anisotropic' locally
rotationally-symmetric (LRS) - Brans-Dicke (BDT) - Bianchi type-V vacuum
solution recently given by Ram and Singh is wrong. Moreover, the correct
solution is nothing but an isotropic Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (k = -1)
solution given by the author previously.
