The IUE high-resolution SWP spectrum of Kappa Cas, B1 Ia was used to measure the column densities of Si II, C II, Al II, S II, Fe II, Ni II, and Zn II. The relations of element depletions to condensation temperature are examined, and the results are compared with interstellar column densities in the directions of other B-type stars obtained with the Copernicus satellite. The results show significant depletion in Ni and Fe, with Fe depletion for the reddened K Cas being greater than that for high-reddened and low-reddened stars. There is a crude relation between the depletion and condensation temperature.
