At the CERN LEPII e+e- collider the W mass is measured by reconstructing W+W- decays. The largest systematic error on the W mass in the channel W+W- → hadrons is due to the QCD interactions of the decay products. This Colour Reconnection effect is studied at LEP in order to try to understand and reduce the associated uncertainty on the W mass.
