This dataset includes the results presented in Fig.14 and Fig.17 of the paper. The images of Fig.14 represent: the Far Ultravioet minus SDSS i-band color map in AB magnitudes (fuv_i.fits), the Total Infrared to Far Ultraviolet logarithmic ratio map (Log10(TIR/FUV), tir_fuv.fits), and the Far Ultraviolet extinction map in magnitudes (afuv.fits). All these maps have resolution of 40arcsec/pix correspondent to 670pc/pix along the plane of M31 and only regions with S/N>1 that met the selection criteria presented in Sec.2 of the paper are presented. The image of Fig.17 (ebv.fits) represents the E(B-V) map we obtained with the extrapolation procedure described at the end of the paper. In this map all the regions analyzed are shown, independently of the S/N and the selection criteria. The resolution is 6arcsec/pix correspondent to 100pc/pix along the plane of M31. All images have the WCS system included. Coordinates are in the J2000 epoch.
