This paper introduces a kind of cosmic dust collector designed and manufactured by ourselves, which is installed in a high altitude-balloon. Its structure, features and balloon-basket system are described in detail. Five flights for collecting cosmic dust have been launched with the balloon-basket system. A brief acount of the results of study of collected dust is given as well.
