The paper presents two classes of non-static solutions for charged dust distribution with plane symmetry. In either class, charge density cannot be less than the mass density (in case of equality giving a static solution). For arbitrarily large charge density to mass density ratio, the dust distribution is found to collapse to a state of infinite density.
