The relaying of a noiselike signal via a geostationary satellite using a
duplex method coupled with interferometric registration of time delays
is proposed as a method of real time clock synchronization. It is found
that the method has an accuracy of 0.1 ns. The schemes and measurement
techniques are discussed and accuracy estimates are given.
