In this study, we analyzed the responses of the topside ionosphere parameters to the seasonal and solar activity variations. The data used were registered by the Incoherent scatter radar (ISR) at the Arecibo Observatory (18.35o N, 66.75o W - 46.7o dip angles) between 1999 and 2009. In this work, the data analysis was performed with H+, O+ and He+ ion concentrations, electron density and the transition height (ht). Preliminary results reveal a direct dependency of ht with solar activity. In addition, what was found were different responses of the ions concentration and electron density based on altitude for the different seasons under the same solar activity condition.
