Neutrino oscillations in dense magnetized plasmas, similar to those found in supernovas, are described. The adopted model is similar to the classical mode conversion problems examined in fluid dynamics and plasma physics. This approach allows for the derivation of analytical results for the neutrino conversion probability for different combinations of background density profile and magnetic field profile.
