The size of a chromospheric cavity in Hα is larger than that, determined on the basis of a decrease of the brightness temperature at the wavelengths 0.8 - 8.2 cm. A coincidence of the sizes is observed for filaments, and the size of coronal holes at the wavelength λ > 4 cm is considerably greater than the optical size in the line He 10830 Å. The decrease of the level of the brightness temperature for all the sources grew from short to long waves.
