The galactic bulge is a structure whose properties have been deeply studied these last years. However, many questions concerning its chemical and dynamical evolution, as well as the kinematics of their components, are still open. As part of a long term program of determination of chemical abundances of southern planetary nebulae held at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, we report here the study of a sample of recently discovered PNe towards the galactic bulge. Their chemical abundances were determined spectrophotometrically and these results, aimed to contribute to the study of the bulge's intermediate mass population, are discussed in view of recent theories on bulge evolution. For each object, physical parameters and ionic abundances were derived for the atomic species present in the optical spectrum, and then chemical abundances were derived through the application of ionization correction factors. Once membership to the galactic bulge is characteristic hard to establish, and our objects were selected only by position criteria, we studied also their kinematic properties, in order to determine their membership to the bulge (CAPES, FAPESP).
