To extract information about polarized gluon distribution in the proton,
charmed hadron, actually \Lambda_c^+, productions at RHIC experiment are
studied. We found that the spin correlation asymmetry between the initial
proton and the produced \Lambda_c^+ is enable us to distinguish
parameterization models of polarized gluons.
