From an analysis of the current world averages of the charged kaon and tau to
kaon branching fractions, we derive, within the framework of type II Higgs
doublets models such as the Minimal Supersymmetric Extension of the Standard
Model, $\tan{\beta}/m_H < 0.21$ GeV$^{-1}$ at a 90% confidence limit.
