Neutrino telescopes that measure relative fluxes of ultrahigh-energy ν_e, ν_μ, ν_τ can give information about the location and characteristics of sources, test our understanding of neutrino mixing, and probe for neutrino instability and for textsfCPT violation in the neutrino sector. I will survey some important measurements and assess what can be learned from them.
