We present analysis of HST-COS spectra for 12 Classical T-Tauri stars. Several rotational-vibrational bands of the CO A - X (Fourth Positive) electronic transition system appear spectrally resolved from emission of other atoms and H2. The CO v=14 state is photo-excited by Lyman alpha photons created at the central accretion shock. We identify the resulting emission bands, and compare their fluxes with individual parameters of the sample targets. We model the Lyman alpha radiation field, using this as an input for simple fluorescence models. These models enable us to estimate CO rotational temperatures and column densities for targets with strong CO emission. In the ''non-detection'' targets, we calculate upper limits for the CO column density.
