It is shown that there is a close similarity between lasing and stimulated generation of the Bose condensate of Cooper pairs in semiconductors. It is suggested that the same analogy must be valid for processes associated with phase transitions in an expanding universe. On the basis of this analogy, complex dynamics of the processes that occurred at early stages of the evolution of the universe can be assumed. In particular, conditions described by strange attractors can be expected.
