The Thermal and Electrical Conductivity Probe (TECP) is an instrument in
the MECA payload on the 2007 Phoenix Mars Scout mission. We have
performed extensive testing of the TECP RH sensor at the University of
Washington Mars Atmospheric Simulation Facility.
