Scientific paper

Dielectric-track-detector data obtained during 1984-1986 are presented
on the energy spectra, charge composition, and intensity of CNO-group
ions with energies of 5-20 MeV/nucleon at a height of about 400 km. An
effort is made to study the pattern of these characteristics in the
course of the 11-year solar cycle.
