An analysis is presented of satellite data on fluxes of precipitating electrons with energies greater than 30 keV and greater than 300 keV in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres at L = 3 and L = 5 at conjugate points. It is shown that the rate of precipitation at the points depends on the pitch-angle difference and longitude, this dependence being loop-shaped. The proposed method makes it possible to determine the lifetime of radiation-belt particles as a function of longitude and local time.
