The physical characteristics of cosmic-ray acceleration processes in
solar flares are analyzed with allowance for the fine temporal structure
of hard flare X-rays on the basis of data obtained with the RGS-1M
instrumentation during 1977-1979. The energy spectrum is analyzed for
flares on October 10 and 12, 1977 for the 40-80 keV range.
