Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) turbulence theory is reviewed. Mangetic X points, vorticity quadropoles, concentrated current filaments, highly anisotropic spectra, selective decay and dynamic alignment phenomena (charaterized by highly unequal dissipation rates for global ideal invariants), and kinking turbulence for plasmas which carry strong currents are reviewed. The most useful tool for obtaining accurate information about turbulent dynamics is numerical solution of the MHD equations.
