An analytical method is proposed for determining the orbital disturbances of balloon satellites under the action of light pressure, taking into consideration the oblateness of the earth and the presence of shadow regions along the orbit. The secular and long-period disturbances of the intermediate-orbit elements are obtained within an arbitrary degree of eccentricity. The theoretical results are compared with observation data obtained for Echo 1 and Echo 2.
