A gedanken experiment of bead motion along a rotating pipe with relativistic velocities is discussed. It is shown that when v 0>c/√2, the centrifugal acceleration changes its sign and braking has begun. It is pointed out that in investigating pulsar magnetospheres, we must take into account the effect of rotating relativistic stream braking.
