We request follow-up centimetre observations of two southern protoplanetary disks in order to confirm the presence of large dust particles with sizes of order ~1 cm, which would indicate the onset of planet formation. In October 2006 we observered three YSO disks at centimetre wavelengths in order to determine whether there was a change in slope of the spectral energy distribution (SED). We found that two of our sources (HD100546 and WW Cha) had an almost constant slope from sub-mm to cm wavelength and one source (RU Lup) showed a change of SED slope in the cm. We request observing time to (1) confirm that HD100546 in indeed extended at mm wavelegnths to confirm that the disk emission is optically thin, and (2) to observe HD100546, RU Lup, WW Cha at cm wavelgenths to confirm that the emission is constant that henc that we are seeing thermal dust emission from large grains. .
