Optical photometry observations of the intermediate polar FO Aquarii (H2215-086) were carried out on three nights of September 25, 26, and 27, 1992 with TK512 CCD at the Cassegrain focus of the Ostrowik-station (Poland) telescope. The presence of partial eclipses is confirmed. However, due to the uncertain cycle count over the last four years, no conclusion could be made concerning the sign of the spin period derivative.
