Photometric observations of the four selected asteroids, obtained at Yunnan Observatory, China during recent two years, are presented and analyzed. We have determined the synodic period of (174) and (276) as 5.74±0.01h and 6.29±0.01h, which confirm the previous results. For (38) and (346), we derive their period values, 10.171±0.007h and 19.408±0.005h for the first time. The color-indexes of (38), are re-determined as 0.729±0.02 for BV and 0.409±0.02 for UB, respectively, which are the same as the ones given by Tedesco (1989).
