A development study has been carried out in the context of the LE-telescopes for the X-ray Multi-Mirror mission (X.M.M.). In that study an X-ray paraboloidal mirror has been fabricated by means of the replica method developed for EXOSAT. Instead of the use of a beryllium carrier the authors have investigated the use of a carbon-fibre reinforced epoxy carrier, which would have a big advantage for the mass production envisaged for X.M.M.
