The amount of the Hawking radiation in a Hartle-Hawking vacuum around a Schwarzschild black hole is calculated in the presence of a cloud of virtual cosmic string loops near the black hole. Recently Coleman, Preskill and Wilczek have discussed the black-hole temperature in such situation. The author shows that it is hardly possible to find any deviation in the Hawking radiation even if the virtual cosmic strings exist.
