This ISR describes calstis1, the two dimensional image reduction portion
of calstis, which outputs a flat fielded image. This ISR contains a
description of the need for and method of converting between image and
detector pixels, the algorithmic steps in calstis1 and the reference
files used by calstis1. This document supercedes STIS ISR 95-07.
