We introduce a calibration result of the airborne L-band Polarimetric Interferometric SAR (shortly Pi-SAR) in this paper. Calibration consists of characterization of the SAR using the raw data (natural target data and calibration data) and the pre-launch on-ground measurement, in-flight raw data, calibration of the processed SAR data, and image quality. The key point of the antenna elevation pattern has not been evaluated, since neither uniform distributed target nor the known bright target have not been prepared yet. As a result, the calibration facter for the sigma-sar products was determined as ~@~S77.45 dB with a standard deviation of 0.95 dB. Polarimetric calibration has been also applied to the SAR data, and it was confirmed that the cross talk and channel imbalance is within a good condition.
