Long Duration Gamma Ray Bursts (GRBs) are amongst the most energetic processes in the universe. However, the host galaxies of GRBs are often optically-faint and difficult to study in detail. Some tens of these objects have been subjected to intense multiwavelength follow-up in the optical and near-infrared, aimed at determining their redshifts, star formation rates (SFRs), metallicities and stellar masses. However, the little published work at radio wavelengths suggests average SFRs in these sources that are discrepant with their optical star formation rates. Since the radio flux at a given SFR falls off rapidly with redshift, it is difficult to obtain tight constraints on extincted star formation in the majority of GRB hosts. We aim to measure the radio to optical SFR ratios in a well-studied sample of low redshift (z<0.5) galaxies for which sensitive limits on the SFR can be obtained for use as a comparison set at higher redshift. We propose to observe 8 GRB host galaxies at 0.03
