An exact Green function is obtained for a homogeneous anisotropic plasma
in the problem of the generation of electromagnetic disturbances by
vertically inhomogeneous acoustic-gravity waves. Explicit analytical
expressions for calculating the field generation are derived for the
inhomogeneous plane-stratitifed ionosphere.
