The probability of the collision of two nuclei in dense magnetized hydrogen (i.e., at the surface of a pulsar) is analyzed, taking into account the interaction of these nuclei with a constant uniform magnetic field. Numerical results are presented and indicate the relatively low probability of the collision of two nuclei of cold hydrogen in ultrastrong magnetic fields with values of induction greater than approximately 10-billion T at a density of approximately 10-billion kg/cu m, where alpha (the angle between the direction of nucleus motion and the vector B) is not equal to zero.
