An analytical solution is obtained of the equation for a nuclear-electromagnetic cascade in the atmosphere for a hadron-nucleus interaction model in which scaling is regular in the fragmentation region and irregular in the 'pionization' region. The increase in the inelastic cross section for the interaction of hadrons with air-atom nuclei, owing to the scaling irregularity, is taken into consideration.
