The galaxy cluster ABELL 2029 (z ~ 0.07) is studied under the assumptions of hydrostatic equilibrium and spherical symmetry. Under these assumptions, the mass distribution can be obtained from the de-projected and spectrally-determined X-Ray Emission Measure and the kbT profile. Results indicate a temperature profile that rises with radius, whereas the density profile appears to be consistent with a spherical distribution of emitting gas. From these results, we estimate a mass of M = 6.4 1013h0-1M&sun; for this cluster, which is consistent with recent studies.
