We present a catalogue of positions and BVR photographic magnitudes for about 2600 late-type stars, mostly foreground objects in the direction of the Large Magellanic Cloud; similar data for 10O0 additional stars detected in this survey as LMC members have been already published by Rebeirot et al. (1983). Finding charts are available on request; the catalogue on magnetic tape should be asked for at the Strasbourg Astronomical Data Center.
