Bursts of hard X-ray emissions were observed by the Kosmos-428 satellite on 25 and 26 June, 1971. These bursts occurred in the energy range 40 to 290 keV with an integrated energy flow of approximately 3.6 x .000001 ergs/sq cm. The structure of the observed bursts with respect to time is analyzed. An area of the sky is correlated with the orientation of the bursts and X-ray sources.
