Using the full dataset collected by CDF in Run II, corresponding to (10,-1) of integrated luminosity, we report the final measurements of branching fractions and time-integrated CP-violating asymmetries in (Hb->h^+h'^-) decay modes, where (Hb) is a (b) hadron and (h) can be a kaon or a pion. The precision is comparable to or better than the current best published results.
