Bounds are set on short-range deviations from Newton's gravitational law from an analysis of light and microwave deflection by the weak solar gravitational potential. From the agreement between general relativity and experiment (we get γ'=1.011+/-0.006 for the parametrized-post-Newtonian parameter γ') we conclude that no significant deviations exist in the range of distances 7×108-1011 m. Because photons are ultrarelativistic particles these results are independent of the previous ones.
