The Bogomol'nyi equation for the Yang-Mills-Higgs system coupled to the dilaton and Einstein's gravity is found, and some exact solutions are presented. The dilatonic magnetic black hole solutions satisfying the Bogomol'nyi equation are found to minimize the ADM mass for fixed magnetic charges. The dilatonic and gravitational forces are shown to be precisely balanced by the Coulomb forces of magnetic monopoles for these solutions.
