The HII Region known as the ``Sickle'', follows the rim of a large scale ring of emission faintly visible at 20 cm and clearly visible in the mid-IR but undetected in CO surveys. We have taken SWS full range spectra at 3 points along the rim of the ``bubble'' and one point of relatively low emission to its interior. We detect several fine-structure lines and strong PAH features, but molecular lines are weak or absent.
